Empire State Bank is seeking a part-time Service Associate (Universal Banker) to float between our Staten Island banking centers, to create a positive and friendly customer experience to our customers and clients within Empire State Bank community banking centers. In this role you will develop and deepen customer relationships through understanding of their needs and recommending products and services that benefit them, exhibit strong sales and service skills, open accounts, process transactions, present products and services while educating and assisting customers and clients on utilizing Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATMs, and technology at service stations. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of banking experience is required.
