Job Description

Empire State Bank is seeking a highly motivated Banking Center Manager. Responsible for overseeing of the Banking Center retail operations, ensuring office compliance with all operating policies and procedures, developing, coaching and mentoring staff, leadership skills with strong team building skills and working knowledge of Bank regulations and risk mitigation related to Bank deposits.

Qualifications: Must have at least 5 years of Banking experience as a Branch Manager, strong communication, customer service skills, knowledge of bank products/services, laws/ regulations, knowledge of bank operating policies/ procedures, demonstrated management and supervisory skills.
