Banking Center Manager

Location: Brooklyn, New York

Job Description

Empire State Bank is seeking a highly motivated Banking Center Manager. Responsible for overseeing of the Banking Center retail operations, ensuring office compliance with all operating policies and procedures, developing, coaching and mentoring staff, leadership skills with strong team building skills and working knowledge of Bank regulations and risk mitigation related to Bank deposits. Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent specialized banking education; plus at least five (5) years related supervisory experience and/or training in a financial institution, or equivalent combination of education and experience. You must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for an extend period and lift boxes up to 30 pounds. Salary range: $90,000-$100,000 annually.
