Job Description

Empire State Bank is seeking a Service Associate (Universal Banker) to create a positive and friendly customer experience to clients and customers. In this role you will develop and deepen customer relationships through understanding of their needs and recommending products and services that benefit them, exhibit strong sales and service skills, open accounts, process transactions, present products and services while educating and assisting customers on utilizing Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATMs, and technology at service stations. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of cash handling is required. Customer service and/or banking experience is a plus.
