Part-time Service Associate (Universal Banker) FloatLocation: Brooklyn/New YorkJob DescriptionEmpire State Bank is seeking a part-time Service Associate (Universal Banker) to float between our 3rd Avenue and 18th Avenue banking centers, to create a positive and friendly customer experience to our customers and clients within Empire State Bank community banking centers. In this role you will develop and deepen customer relationships through understanding of their needs and recommending products and services that benefit them, exhibit strong sales and service skills, open accounts, process transactions, present products and services while educating and assisting customers and clients on utilizing Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATMs, and technology at service stations. At least 1 year of cash handling is required. Customer service and/or banking experience is a plus. You must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for an extend period and lift boxes up to 30 pounds.
