We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Banking Solutions Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Staten Island, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and customer service. The candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the Online Banking service function of the Bank which includes but is not limited to overseeing and testing online services for new and upgraded product releases; responsible for the setup and testing and implementation of new or changing software. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor of Science preferred. Fiserv experience. A minimum of two (2) years’ banking and customer service experience. You must be able to travel between branch/customer locations, be able to drive and have access to an automobile daily, be able to sit, stand and/or walk for an extend period and lift boxes up to 30 pounds.
