The Service Associate position is an all-encompassing role which requires the associate to deliver exceptional sales solutions, service and transactions to all customers.  The Service Associate creates a positive customer experience by developing a strong relationship of trust through effectively communicating a clear understanding of the features and benefits of Empire State Bank’s products and services. The Service Associate will engage in needs-based sales and service solution activities and contributes directly to the success of the banking center by recognizing and uncovering opportunities.
