We’re excited to announce that we are making many great improvements to our current banking system. These changes will greatly enhance your overall experience and simplify the way you bank. On November 2, you will start to experience the wide range of features our new system will offer. In addition to enhanced services, our system upgrade will include enhanced security features, continuing to keep ESB at the forefront of safety. This new, robust technology will provide you with a wide array of exciting new services including:

Online Transfers
Now you can quickly and easily transfer money from one account to another whenever you want. Transfers between checking, savings, and other accounts can happen in an instant. You can even pay your credit card bill using online transfer.  

Online Bill Pay
Our new online Bill Pay function makes it easier than ever to manage all your bills in one place and make payments in just minutes. You can schedule payments anytime and check your payment status online. Our new Bill Pay feature allows you to make online payments to almost anyone from your mortgage lender and utility company to your credit card company, all from one convenient place.

IMPORTANT: Online Banking and Bill Pay will NOT be available after 2pm EST on Friday, October 30, 2015, until 4pm EST on Monday, November 2, 2015.        

Mobile Deposits
Your ESB mobile app lets you use your mobile device to deposit checks wherever you are, 24/7.You no longer have to visit a branch or ATM, saving you time and effort. You can simply take a picture of both sides of the check and submit – that’s it! You’ll receive confirmation on your device and by e-mail for each successful deposit.

Person-To-Person Transfers
Using your smartphone you will now be able to transfer money from one person to another using an e-mail address or mobile phone number. Now you can quickly and easily send money to a friend or relative or make a payment to a business that doesn’t accept credit or debit cards.

Now you will have the opportunity to help preserve the environment by using less paper. By enrolling in e-statements, you will receive an e-mail alert when your statement is available to view online. Once you enroll in e-statements, you can access future banking statements at any time and can print or download them to your computer to store digitally. You will also receive your online statement sooner than you would receive a paper statement.

Mobile Banking App
Now you will be able to manage your money from your phone or other mobile device with the same conveniences found on our website or when visiting a branch. You can view all your accounts, monitor transactions, deposit checks, transfer funds, and pay bills anytime and anywhere you want. You can find the appropriate link on the new website. Banking has never been more convenient!

Getting Started
Once you have enrolled in online banking, you can easily download our mobile app for iPhone® and iPad®, Android™ phones and tablets, and Windows®-based phones and tablets. Visit our website to access the app that’s right for you.

Telephone Banking
We are also making improvements to our automated voice-response system. As a result, there will be a number of menu changes.

New Debit Cards
Very soon, you will receive our newly redesigned debit card. Business and personal cards have different designs that will allow you to easily distinguish between them. Shortly after the first of the year, our debit cards will be replaced with cards with chip technology that will provide you with an extra layer of security.

New ATM Functionality
The system upgrade includes our ATM machines as well. The new ATM software will streamline and simplify your interactions and allow you to set customer preferences.
