Banking Center Supervisor

General Responsibilities

Empire State Bank is currently looking for a Banking Center Supervisor. A Banking Center Supervisor supports the Banking Center Manager in various aspects of management to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the banking center; compliance with all operating policies and procedures; direct supervision of team members; ongoing coaching sessions communicates with team members and provides periodic reports.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent specialized banking education; plus at least 3 years related experience and/or training in a financial institution or equivalent combination of education and experience. Related work experience may substitute for education. Strong communication skills, proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations; knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services; a thorough knowledge of banking laws and regulations that govern Bank operating policies and procedures; demonstrated management and supervisory skills; time management & multi-tasking skills; ability to easily adapt to change; strong problem-solving skills; visual and auditory skills. Salary range: $57,000-$65,000 annually. (Salary will be based on level of experience and skill qualifications within this range).
